Gazillion Bubbles!

For Aubrey's birthday the Blands gave her this "gazillion bubble making machine". Her birthday was on the 19th and we are now just getting around to putting batteries in it. What a cool machine! So much better then blowing them yourself. Better yet, it took up a good part of the day! When the kids are happy I'm happy. Thanks Susan!

And yes, Aubrey is in her underwear. She hardly EVER wears clothes. The second we get home from anywhere her clothes are the first thing to go!

Kennedy loved putting her face right over where the bubbles came out. When they would hit her face she would burst out laughing!

Tag...I'm it!

So I'm new to this "blogging" world, but I guess this is what you people do...prey on the innocent to take pictures of their dirty homes! Thanks Andrea! Lucky, for me I usually try to clean up around the house before I get on the internet! Read after the last picture to see if you've been tagged....The rules are you have to take 10 pictures of the following things and you have to do it right away. No straightening, cleaning or wiping your child's nose (I mean it!). Then you tag six others.

1. My Closet

2. Laundry Room - Which is in my kitchen (that's a 2 for 1)

3. Fridge - I think I need more magnets

4. Kitchen Sink - so glad it's empty!

5. Favorite Room - does it count if it's outside?

6. What are the kids doing right now? Aubrey playing with an umbrella (isn't that bad luck to open it up inside?)

Kennedy, enjoying a Capri Sun

7. Bathroom

8. Favorite Shoes

9. Dream Vacation - Greece

10. Self Portrait

And I tag...Melissa, April, Allison, Tiffany, Liz & Summer

Aubrey's Art

I'm just loving Aubrey's preschool art. She painted the dolphin and cut out and glued the watermelon. Aubrey told me that I should "blog" about it! So here I am "blogging" about it.

Happy Anniversary

Today, Bob and I have been married for 7 years! And what an amazing 7 years it has been. There has been lots of laughter, some tears, and memories that will last a life time. Looking forward to the next 7.

24th of July Primary Parade

On the 24th of July Aubrey and I were in the Primary Parade! We had a police car and everything. Very official. Bob, Grandma, and Kennedy watch us pass by. It came right down our street. The neighbors threw out candy and afterwards we had otterpops at the church. It was a first for both of us. I think Kennedy was mad that she didn't get to join in the festivities. Next year Kennedy.

Lake Mohave 2008!

July 15 - 19 Bob, Me, & Aubrey met Julie, Kevin and the kids down at Lake Mohave. We had such a blast! The weather was perfect the water was beautiful, and the company wasn't too bad either! It was well worth the 7 1/2 hour drive down there. Can't wait until next year!

John Mayer 2008 Summer Tour

As payment to Susan for watching Kennedy for 5 days while we went to Lake Mohave, I told her I would take her to John Mayer. And of course I had to tag along as well. Melissa and Kimmy join us too. It was an awesome evening. We went to dinner and ending the night outside listening to great music. I've always like John Mayer, but hearing him live now I love him! He is so talented, and pretty funny. Colbie Caillat opened up for him. How cute is she! Love her songs. And there was a guy that opened up for her his name is Brett Dennen. He is way cool. I had never heard of him before. I have already downloaded some of his songs. Thank Susan, Melissa, & Kimmy for such a great night! P.S. I want pictures!

Happy Birthday Aubrey & Grandpa

Aubrey turned four! Happy Birthday to our little princess. We spent the day with family up at Grandma's & Grandpa's and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much Grandma for putting this all together! My Dad's birthday is tomorrow so we celebrated both birthday's today. Here is some pictures of Aubrey and her cousins and her sneaking some licks of the cake! She is so excited to tell people she is now "four". Our little girl is growing up, it's crazy to think that it was four years ago that she came into our lives...lucky us! My sister Julie said it the best, day's are long - years are short.
