Not sure what to "blog" about. Pretty much everyone reading this would already know what's going on in our lives. But if you don't for some reason, here it goes...
Bob and I have been married 7 years this July. We met while working up at Sundance. We have two beautiful girls. Aubrey is our oldest. She is so funny. She is such a delight to have around. Kennedy is our youngest. She is very dramatic even at this young age! We are amazed how we got two very high maintenance children for how laid back Bob and I are. Both girls have beautiful big eyes and infectious smiles! They have truly completed our lives.
Bob is a electrician and loving it. I'm a stay at home mom, by far the hardest job that I've ever had, but wouldn't trade it for anything! We bought a house almost 3 years ago, and have been "trying" to remodel it since we bought it. It's small, but we love it and especially the area!
We are so grateful for all we have and appreciate all our blessings.

Deep thoughts by...
In primary they have been talking about the "holy ghost". One day in the car we were talking about it, and she asked me what color the wind was. I told her that you can't see it, you can just feel it. Then she said, like the holy ghost. So now when we get into the car, she rolls down her window and says...I can feel the holy ghost, mom roll your window down so you can feel it too! (Brillant)
They also have been talking about the Temple. She asked Bob and I the other day if we had been to the temple. We told her yes. Then she said, you've been to the temple and were sealed and can never come out. I think she thinks that when you go to the temple to be sealed your stuck in there forever. I love how simple and sweet her thoughts are.
July 20, 2008 This one is pretty funny....so Daddy a.k.a. Bob was acting pretty grumpy the other day and Aubrey said "daddy I'm going to call you grumpy like one of the seven dorks". So according to Aubrey they are not dwarfs they are dorks!
August 31, 2008 I think Aubrey must be really excited about starting ski school this winter. Last night she wanted to say her prayers twice, and in both prayers it included..."help me to be safe in ski school and that we won't trip over our skis"! Not only was that adorable, she also included "please bless me when I get old and have babies". I was trying so hard to not laugh! I seriously love the way that girls thinks. Can't wait to hear what she had to say tonight.
September 14, 2008 For Aubrey's birthday her Grandma B. gave her $10 dollars. Well last week I asked her if she wanted to go to Target and pick out one toy with her birthday money. She responded I want to go to the dollar store where I can get 10 toys! Pretty smart girl.
September 26, 2008 So as I was putting Aubrey to bed, she informed me that I needed to go to the store and get some "coco puffs" so she could have them for breakfast in the morning. How does this girl even know about "coco puffs"?
October 16, 2008 The other morning Aubrey was complaining of a tummy ache. I asked her does it hurt all the time or does it come and go (I think she had a little gas) and her response to me was..."no, only on Mondays & Tuesdays".
January 13, 2009 Aubrey is now a CTR! So lately we have been talking about what it means to choose the right. The other day in the car, Aubrey says to me "Mom, someday we can go back to live with our Heavenly Father" my reply was "that's right, and that's why its important to always choose the right" she then says..."yeah, because if we choose the left we won't be able to".

Kennedy's Updates
She is now almost 16 months and still not walking. Well let me rephrase...only taking a few steps. She is now saying "da da" "ma ma", and she loves to say "doggie" which sounds like "dodgeee". Her favorite pal is her stuffed animal doggie that she stole from Julie. She loves to climb stairs and is a tornado coming down.
July 28, 2008 Kennedy is now officially walking! The last four days I have not seen her crawl. Well, except when she had Aubrey's shoes on her hands and she crawled down the hall way. She seems to be much happier now that she can walk!
August 10, 2008 Kennedy is now talking up a storm! While most of it sounds like Chinese, she is starting to make a little more sense. She can now say "shoes" and when she wants to go outside she says "side". She is really good at saying "down", pretty much if she can't express what she's trying to say she resorts to "down". She is starting to show her cute little personality. She has such a cute little smile, and giggles all the time. And not to mention, gets into EVERYTHING!
August 31, 2008 Ok, this girl is obsessed with SHOES! It's one of the few words she can say. She wears Aubrey's, Mine, & even Bob's. She loves her clothes and like to pull all of them down out of the closet and off the hanger. Thats always a fun one to pick up after! She has about 5 doggies she sleeps with and in the morning when she is getting picked up out of the crib, you better believe that the whole dog pound has to come with her! She will hand you one at a time until your arms are so full you can barely pick her up.
September 14, 2008 This girl is FUNNY. Her new thing is when she goes poop in her diaper she comes over to me and says "yuck" and then gets a new diaper. She dances everytime she hears music...including when my phone rings. She stands on her head with her butt up in the air, then looks between her legs and laughs. She loves to pull Aubrey's hair...usually for no good reason at all. We are working on that. Aubrey, I'm sure, hopes that phase will soon end.
January 13, 2009 Kennedy has a new obsession...Mama Mia! As soon as we get in the car she wants to listen to the Mama Mia soundtrack, and it has to be played at the right volume (which is pretty loud) and then starts the singing and dancing - well as much dancing as she can do while strapped in her car seat. For the past few nights she has not wanted to go to bed and will put up a good fight doing so. Well during her fit of rage in her crib she was yelling, screaming, crying, etc...in the middle of all of that she starting singing Mama Mia! It went like this...cry cry Mama mia...go again...my my...zista(resist ya)...then back to crying. I couldn't help but to laugh.
